Located on Chamber Street, off Toorak Road, Suzuran Sushi Bar is a hidden gem. The sushi and sashimi offered here are made to order, to ensure its freshness. The waiting time is about 20 minutes but the freshness is worth the wait. The sushi bar has limited seats so most people take-away instead.

This tiny little japanese restaurant serves the best and freshest sashimi/sushi in town. The sashimi/sushi platters are very well presented in boxes and extremely convenient for take-away. I simply cannot resist their famous Uni sushi and Akagai. It's so good that I keep coming back for more. If you are in a hurry and need a quick bite or looking to host a japanese themed party - this is definitely the place to go to. My favourite Japanese restaurant in Melbourne !
