Momo is Melbourne’s most stylish restaurant, tucked away inside Grand Hyatt Melbourne. Momo offers modern Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine.

Classic a la carte menu is only available from Tuesday to Thurday evenings. Momo offers three different 'family style sharing' menus for sharing – Arabesque Sharing Menu (allows you to select two entrees, two mains, two side dishes and dessert), Moorish Sharing Menu (you get all four entrée, two mains, all side dishes and dessert), Momo Grande Feasting Menu (deluxe sharing menu tailored by Greg Malouf and requires 72 hours notice).

• Crunchy zucchini blossoms stuffed with haloumy on tomato and white anchovy salad
• Kingfish ceviche, smoky baba ghanoush and soft herbs, sugar-dried olives and hazelnuts
• Golden spiced crayfish risotto with chickpeas, golden baby beets and stuffed mussel brik
• Bowen Farm barramundi, orzo pasta, young fennel, tomatoes and mussels
• Veiled quail covered in leaves with chorizo-pine nut stuffing and mustard whipped feta
• Farmed rabbit chilli char-grilled with honey, saffron and pumpkin-white bean stew
• Grilled lamb loins marinated in yoghurt, Turkish chili and mint on sujuk sausage - giant couscous stew
