Melba Restaurant is tucked away inside The Langham on Southgate Avenue in Southbank. Melba Restaurant is an all-you-can-eat buffet-style restaurant offering buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The chefs prepare Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Thai and Italian dishes in dynamic cooking stations. The restaurant’s stir fries, curries, pastas, risottos, dumplings are made using the freshest ingredients and we just love the sensational chocolate fountain served with strawberry, profiteroles and marshmallow.
