Markov Place

Markov Place is located on Drummond Street in Carlton. The restaurant features fantastic and simple Spanish and French influenced dishes. Popular dishes include tapas board (Spanish anchovies with eggplant caviar, marinated olives and garlic, mushrooms with fino sherry, thyme and chorizo, chickpea and queso manchego bocadillos), grass fed Black Angus eye fillet (with sweet potato puree, caramelized eschallots and red wine jus) and hot chocolate pudding.
