Gold Leaf Chinese Restaurant is tucked away in Springvale Shopping Centre on Buckingham Avenue. Gold Leaf is popular for its daily Yum cha and a la carte dinner menu. Although live seafood features heavily on the menu, the restaurant also offers good selection of duck, chicken, game, beef, pork and vegetarian dishes. Chef specialties include double boiled chicken with American ginseng, mud crab in salty egg yolk sauce, deep fried king prawn in pine nuts sauce, deep fried yam and stuffed with scallops and sautéed baby abalone in maggi seasoning.
