Located on Star Circus in Docklands, facing the Southern Star Observation Wheel, Gold Leaf Restaurant serves amazing Chinese dishes influenced by Chaozhou cuisine. Inside, the restaurant is bright and airy, with floor to ceiling windows, sparkling chandeliers and traditional Chinese lanterns. Although live seafood features heavily on the menu, the restaurant also offers good selection of duck, chicken, game, beef, pork and vegetarian dishes. Popular dishes include the oyster omelette, cold Snow Crab, seafood combination basket, fillet of chicken in Chaozhou sauce and clam in supreme chilli sauce. In addition to the a-la carte menu, Gold Leaf offers yum cha daily.

Not only the food is good but the service is excellent as well. Everytime I come to Melbourne will definitely make a visit to Gold Leaf. It's exremely busy on weekends but the service is still great.
