Gingerboy restaurant/bar, inspired by the street kitchens, hawker food and vendors from Hong Kong, Bangkok, Malaysia and Singapore is located in a lane off Little Bourke Street in Melbourne. Gingerboy offers South East Asian street food like son in law eggs, crispy chilli salt cuttlefish lemon and roasted sesame, blue swimmer crab wontons, spicy Penang chicken curry and more.
