Fuzion Restaurant is located on Swan Street in Richmond. The restaurant features the finest Northern Indian dishes. Fuzion Restaurant features Sunday Gujarati Lunch where you get to choose one Chat Dish and Dessert per person with unlimited main course at $18 per person. Signature dishes include Sikandari Raan (chunks of diced lamb, marinated in a mixture of malt vinegar, cinnamon and black cumin, braised in the marinade and finished in tandoor) and Tandoori Machi (Barramundi fish marinated in spices and slowly chargrilled in the tandoor).
