Enzo Restaurant is located on Black Burn Road (corner of Pinewood Shopping Centre) in Glen Waverley. Enzo offers fine modern and traditional Italian fare like risotto ai funghi (risotto of swissbrown mushrooms, hazelnuts, chard leaves and balsamic glaze), di pollo risotto ai ferri (risotto of honey glazed chicken, saffron, asparagus and preserved lemon), filetto di manzo ai ferri (grilled black Angus eye filet with asparagus, glazed beetroot and red wine sauce) and canguro allo schianto (kangaroo sirloin cooked rare and wrapped in prosciutto, served with sautéed cabbage, polenta cubes and garlic sauce).
