Dish restaurant, is an award winning restaurant, situated next to the Royal Botanic Gardens on Melbourne’s famous boulevard, St. Kilda Road.  The restaurant is within Melbourne’s 5 star designer boutique hotel - Royce Hotel. The restaurant offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with the clever use of dark stained timber screens and hand painted dishes from local artists on mirrored walls.  The restaurant boasts an extensive menu, with modern Australian inspired dishes, an extensive wine list with an emphasis on local and Australian wines.
