Located on North Concourse in Beaumaris, Citrus offers fine Modern Australian cuisine. Citrus offers sensational dishes like fried chilli squid served with rocket, crispy noodle and shallot salad and palm sugar lime dressing, Wagyu beef burger with caramalised onions, cheese, salad & chips, 400gm rib-eye of beef with a watercress salad & béarnaise sauce and Bombe Alaska. Citrus’s set lunch special is available on weekdays from noon to 3.00pm ($28 for 2 courses including a glass of wine per person or $35 for 3 courses including a glass of wine per person).
