Circa the Prince

Circa, the Prince is located on the first floor of The Prince in St Kilda. Circa serves up sensational dishes like smoked duck breast, bubble ‘n’ squeak, pistachios, corn, Western plains pork short loin, silk purse, white onion, jugged rabbit, colcannon and 48 hour Wurrook mutton shoulder using ingredients nurtured by top-end growers and producers and herbs and vegetables from their own kitchen garden.
