Bok Choy Brighton is situated on New Street in Brighton, near the shores of Melbourne. Bok Choy Brighton opens for lunch and dinner from Tuesday to Sunday and only dinner on Monday. The restaurant now serves Yum Cha during lunch on Saturday and Sunday. Although the restaurant’s menu features heavily on fresh seafood, there are large selections of vegetarian, poultry and meat dishes as well.
