Located in Southbank, Bistro Guillaume is tucked away inside Crown Entertainment Complex, probably Australia's largest casino. The venue is bright and airy, casually chic yet elegant - exuding a warm and inviting vibe. Bistro Guillaume is Guillaume's dream realisation to cook traditional French bistro cuisine with seasonal produce and superior ingredients. Bistro Guillaume's special is available from noon to 3.00pm, Monday to Friday and 6pm to 7pm, Mondays to Thursday ($30 for two courses including a glass of wine per person or $42 for three courses including a glass of wine per person)
