This charming and friendly restaurant serves two different menus, Traditional Italian and Classical Italian. Star dishes from the menu here include Carne cruda curuta di Filleto Ittimo – dry aged Wagyu eye fillet cured with lime, olive leaves, fermented hops and black truffle salts, served slivered with warm cold compressed olive oil and rustic mixed leaves and La Gamba Di Angello – whole fore quarter leg of lamb, slow cooked, infused with rosemary and lemon thyme served with garlic mash.
